Personal Training

A personal trainer is essential in achieving your fitness goals, whether they be weight loss-based, sports-driven or for overall health. Having a personal trainer demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable when it comes to your fitness journey. Britta will ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize results.

Small Group Training

Join one of our daily small group training sessions for the most cost-effective workout! Emphasizing strong conditioning, result oriented training while still focusing on good form and specific individual needs and goals!

The newest trend in fitness that is social, personalized, and affordable that allows for multiple training sessions a week. All female and all male sessions available multiple times a day!

Post-Rehabilitation Training

Post-rehabilitation training is one of Britta’s sub specialties. Post rehab training is the ideal transition for someone looking to safely regain strength and stability after working with a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Physician.

Britta uses her thorough knowledge along with co-partnering with each clients health practitioner, to create a personalized regime to appropriately regress and progress individuals with nearly any restriction or orthopedic issue. She also has the skill set to train individuals with everything from Parkinson’s, MS, Fibromyalgia and more.

Senior Fitness

With Britta’s strong experience in older adult fitness, she is comfortable working with clients of any age. In her past role as chairperson of the Senior Fitness Subcommittee on the Governor’s Committee For Physical Fitness and Sports, Britta developed relationships with agencies and researchers in this every growing field that lends to her capacity to adapt to all abilities and appropriately regress and progress all individuals programming.

Britta’s love of older adult fitness, lends itself toward appropriate training for this every growing population and their specific needs; including orthopedic, vision/hearing impairment, compromised movement, wheelchair exercises and so much more.

Myofascial Release

Utilizing foam rollers, balls of various sizes and densities, incorporating hands on trigger point therapy and more, you can learn how to move better, feel more mobile and manage pain from chronic injuries.

In addition, OmniFitness Inc. offers hands on 30 minute stretching sessions utilizing AIS, PNF techniques and more. Come and enjoy one-on-one hands on trigger point therapy bodywork to relieve pain and restore function.
